We ship from Newaygo, Michigan using USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, dimensions, and destination.

Domestic (United States)

• USPS Priority Mail — 1–3 business days
• USPS Priority Mail Express — 1–2 business days (guaranteed)
• UPS Ground — 1–5 business days
• UPS 2nd Day Air — 2 business days

International

• USPS First Class Package International — 7–21 business days
• USPS Priority Mail International — 6–10 business days
• USPS Priority Mail Express International — 3–5 business days

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by their country upon delivery.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love the Magic Bait Ball. If the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days for a full refund or free replacement (including shipping).

Because the Magic Bait Ball ships fully assembled and is intended to be used in water, we cannot accept returns on used or deployed products. Once the Magic Bait Ball has been in the water, it cannot be returned.

If you're unhappy with the performance after trying it, please reach out. We will work with you directly — whether that means replacement arms, blades, setup advice, or other solutions to make sure you're successful on the water.

While the Magic Bait Ball and all components are built to the highest standards using premium materials, Offshore Innovations is not responsible for the loss of any cannonballs, downrigger weights, fishing line, lures, or other tackle due to breakage, equipment failure, or any other reason. Always inspect your entire downrigger setup before each use.
