Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

We hand‑assemble and package each Offshore Innovations product to ensure quality before it ships.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Most orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail.

Typical delivery times:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 3–5 business days

  • USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or high‑volume periods.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


Shipping Address Issues

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. Offshore Innovations is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Carrier delivery issues

  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by USPS

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once the correct address is provided. Additional shipping charges may apply.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@offshoreinnovations.net with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the packaging and product

  • A description of the issue

We’ll make it right.


Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit (no updates for 10+ days), contact us and we will open a claim with USPS on your behalf.
