The Magic Bait Ball Slow-Troll is engineered for slower trolling speeds, as slow as 0.5 mph, delivering maximum blade action and baitfish realism when you need to slow things down. It features an all-Colorado blade configuration — a strategic mix of Deep Cut and Regular Cut Colorado blades in multiple sizes. Willow Leaf blades are not used on this model because they do not spin reliably at very slow speeds.
This specialized setup delivers powerful, consistent low-frequency thump and overlapping vibration signatures optimized specifically for slow-trolling presentations, creating an effective bait school illusion even at reduced speeds.
Ideal for salmon and walleye when slow trolling is most effective.
Available in Hammered Metal and Glow finishes. The glow version has its place, but once the sun comes up the hammered metal tends to perform better, even when trolled deep.
Includes: Complete Slow Troll assembly, including premium, American Made ball-bearing swivels and heavy-duty downrigger weight snap. Fully assembled and ready to run.
